🇹🇷 Turkey updates the work permit exemption application system
From 17 September 2026, new applications for a work permit exemption (çalışma izni muafiyeti) are submitted through calismaizni.csgb.gov.tr. Applications submitted earlier continue to be tracked in the previous e-Muafiyet system.
An exemption may apply, for example, to certain cases of short-term provision of services, installation and servicing of equipment, and scientific and cultural activity.
To work on this basis, an exemption must be obtained: the conditions and the permitted period depend on the applicant’s category.
