Private banking and family office coordination for private clients

Private clients with a Turkish company or assets in Turkey often need two different things: a relationship with a private bank, and an organised way to run family affairs. RelocationTR coordinates both with qualified banks and professionals within an agreed scope. We do not manage assets, give investment advice or hold client money.

    Discuss the scope

Private banking: preparing for a bank relationship

A private bank reviews the client, the source of wealth and expected activity. We help assemble a clear, consistent account and supporting records; the bank decides whether to take the client on.

    • Describe the client profile, sources of wealth and expected activity.
    • Connect personal assets to the corporate structure and supporting records.
    • Prepare a customer and beneficial-owner due diligence pack.
    • Coordinate the bank's questions and the order of responses.

    Family office: organising family affairs

A family office is not a bank account but a way for a family to run its assets, companies, spending and reporting. We help define that arrangement and allocate tasks between professionals.

    • Map companies, assets, accounts and responsible people.
    • Set up reporting from banks, accountants and managers.
    • Agree document and signing routines between family members and advisers.
    • Bring in lawyers, tax advisers and licensed managers where their authority is needed.

    What we do not do

These activities are outside our coordination scope and require a separately appointed provider with any applicable authorisation:

    • Asset or discretionary portfolio management.
    • Investment advice or product selection.
    • Custody of client money, securities or other assets.
    • Guaranteed account opening or client acceptance.

    For a first conversation

A description is enough; do not send documents through the form:

    • What you need: private banking, a family office, or both.
    • Countries of residence, assets and companies.
    • Which banks and professionals are already involved.
    • Timing and any external events (business sale, relocation, succession).

    Pricing factors

Fees follow the agreed scope; there are no fixed rates:

    • Number of jurisdictions, companies and assets.
    • One-off preparation or ongoing coordination.
    • Number of banks and professionals involved.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee a private bank account?
No. The bank decides under its own client due diligence rules. We help prepare a consistent pack and communication.
Do you manage money or advise on investments?
No. Licensed firms do that. We coordinate tasks and records between the family and those professionals.
How is private banking different from a family office?
Private banking is a relationship with a particular bank. A family office is how family assets and affairs are run overall, involving many professionals.
